Managing DirectorAn Electronics graduate, from R.V College of Engineering, Bangalore with an industry experience of over 30 years. His experience spans from Electronic Test & Measuring Instrument organisations to Project Coordination in the Power Sector.
During his over two decades of service in QUEST, he played the lead role in providing Quality Assurance Services to large private and public sector industries. As a Technocrat and Administrator, he was the Branch Manager and On-site Project Manager at two Nuclear Atomic Power Stations during their refurbishment of the Reactivity Mechanism. Through his exemplary Organisational Skills, he drives skill upgradation and well-being of employees in QUEST. His other interests are in music, sports, and social activities.
H M Guruswamy
Director – Finance, Administration & CommercialA Commerce Graduate with over two decades of experience in Finance, Administration and Commercial operations. He has extensive experience and expertise in Taxation, Project Costing and Finance Management.
He has been an integral part of a Socio-economic Program for Tribal Adult Education, Woman Empowerment, Child Labour and Environmental Programs for four years through an NGO at the Nagarhole National Park in Karnataka.
Jagadeesh Kumar R
Executive DirectorHe holds a B.Tech Degree with distinction in Electrical Engineering from NITK, Surathkal and a MBA in General Managerial concepts. Prior to his engagement with QUEST, he served as the Head & GM Corporate Quality at Bharat Electronics and served as the Head, BEL Academy for Excellence, under the Ministry of Defence.
As Quality Head, his areas of work included Quality Management, Business Analytics, 6 Sigma Project guidance, Vendor Development and QA -supply chain. He is a qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 & 27001, Competency management. He was a Faculty and Project guide for ASQ Global certifications (CRE, CQE, CMQ/QE), PMP Global certification (PMI, USA) and AS9100 Auditor training and Master Black Belt 6 Sigma.
His experience also includes Design, Manufacture, Technical Consultancy, Innovation Championship, Risk Management, Value maximization, Troubleshooting, Production control and planning, Process Engineering, and Technology development. He is a Member contributor to ASQ, PMI USA, ISO, SAQR, BIS, IAF & INS (NAVY).
